We teach one weekly 2-hour yoga class to adult men awaiting trial or serving short sentences (one year or less). The average length of stay at the jail is 18 days.
Monroe Correctional Complex (MCC): Monroe, WA

Minimum Security Unit (MCC): We teach two weekly 75-minute yoga classes to adult men, all within 3 years of release. One class is offered to men suffering low-level mental illness; the second is offered to the general population.
Washington State Reformatory Unit (MCC): We teach two weekly 120-minute yoga classes to adult men in conjunction with University Beyond Bars.
Special Offenders Unit (MCC): We teach one weekly private 60-minute yoga class to an individual student as part of his therapeutic intervention.
