Three-day Trauma Informed Yoga Trainings
Our 17 hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Training is open to anyone interested in learning trauma-informed, body-based tools to address trauma and promote healing. Participants have included social workers, yoga teachers, health care professionals, detention staff, educators and people who want to deepen their own practice.
Topics include best practices, trauma-informed language, social justice, neuroscience, implicit bias, and self-care.

Yoga Behind Bars receives funding from lululemon’s Here to Be social impact program to train next group of incarcerated men to become yoga teachers behind bars in Washington State.
