    Ben became a certified yoga instructor in 2017 and a trauma-informed instructor in 2020. He teaches yoga at Echo Glen Children’s Center and helps to facilitate other youth workshops with YBB. He enjoys playing basketball, golfing, yoga, and listening to music.
